By creating a Helicyn account, submitting a founding partner application, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the site.

Helicyn is a pre-commercial research preview: a public website, a research thesis and simulator, an interactive Control Plane demo, and a founding partner program. It is not a live production system managing any real data center, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of specific savings, performance, or delivery timelines.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account (including your name and, if given, your job title) and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Account authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; Helicyn does not see or store your password.

You agree not to misuse the site or the Control Plane demo: no attempting to access another user's account or application data, no interfering with normal operation of the site, and no reverse engineering or scraping beyond what's needed for ordinary, individual use of the site.

Submitting a founding partner application is an expression of interest, not a binding contract or a guarantee of acceptance. Founding partner benefits, pricing, and the staged business model described on this site are proposed and subject to change before commercial launch.

If you opt in at sign-up, Helicyn may email you product updates and patch notes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Helicyn will still send account-related messages (like sign-in confirmations) that aren't part of this optional list.

The Helicyn name, site, research materials, and product design are owned by Helicyn. If you send feedback or suggestions, you agree Helicyn may use them without any obligation to you.

The site, the Control Plane demo, and the founding partner program are provided "as is," as a research preview, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helicyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an account, including any reliance on illustrative or simulated figures shown in the Control Plane demo or research materials.

Helicyn may update these terms as the product and business model evolve, especially between this pre-commercial stage and any future commercial launch. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.

You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time by contacting Helicyn. Helicyn may suspend or terminate an account for violating the acceptable use section above.
